"New review as of Aug. 2, 2024. This is a great agency. Everyone in it is fabulous. I wanted updates as to my insurance and wanted to make sure there will be a renewal, since State Farm isn't presently writing new home policies until, perhaps later in the year. Everything was explained in detail. All the agents take time to speak with homeowners on any insurance topic. This agency follows up with new laws, always reminds me about discounts and turning in alarm certificates, etc. You can't find a better agency! Thanks to all of the agents and to Amy! Older Review: I finally met Sitra in person this past week. She is fantastic and truly knows all about insurance. When she handles your account, you know you're covered entirely. Extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. We spoke for quite awhile. I had issues with the previous agent but Sitra corrected all the mistakes, updated me on the best policy items for my needs, and brought many things to my attention that I wasn't aware of before. She quickly resolved prior issues I had with my previous agent. Fabulous customer service! So glad I made the change. Lastly, I also met, Amy Blackwell, who owns the agency.
