"I don’t even know where to start, I was having a nightmare at the dmv and couldn’t get insured I probably called every insurance company you can and nothing….. I called Amy blackwells State Farm and Sabrina Kulvanish was the kind lady who picked up the phone. Sabrina was so awesome and kind she taught me so much about insurance and things I just was never taught at 24. Sabrina helped me lock in a great rate with good coverage but I was not expected and she even went out of the way to help me find other company’s to call and try….. I was on the phone with another insurance company and she went out of her way AGAIN to refresh my policy and I got accepted so Sabrina called me back and saved my day and got me insured right then and there, an actual angle no joke most kind person I’ve dealt with and just gave me a win that day after all the loses at the dmv. I could keep going about how much she helped me and made my day. 10/10 very happy. Sabrina Kulvanish YOU ROCKKK!!!"

"Somehow I found i had, without my knowledge, been enrolled with a much lesser known company for two years - one I had never even heard of. When I discovered this they offered to immediately refund my premiums one I provided a declaration letter. When I made State Farm aware of this, they agreed to send the proper documentation and within minutes I received an email letting me know it was in the mail. No muss. No fuss. That's service!"

"My vehicle was declared a total loss by the State Farm Claims Department on December 30, 2025. At the time of the loss, my policy was fully paid, active, and in good standing with no lapse in coverage. The policy included bodily injury limits of 100/300, $5,000 in medical payments coverage, $50 per day rental coverage, a $100 deductible, and uninsured motorist coverage. Lienholder coverage was properly listed and acknowledged in the policy file. Despite these undisputed facts, it is now mid-January and State Farm has failed to issue any payment whatsoever related to this claim. I remain without a vehicle. State Farm refused to release the vehicle back to me when I attempted to retrieve it. The lienholder has not been paid, and I have not received a single dollar—despite the claim being declared a total loss weeks ago. This delay is unreasonable, unjustified, and unacceptable. There is no lawful or contractual basis for withholding payment after a total loss determination, particularly when coverage is confirmed and premiums were fully paid. State Farm’s actions have caused ongoing financial hardship and deprivation of transportation, while the company continues to hold both the vehicle and the settlement funds. As a result of this conduct, I canceled my policy after the vehicle was totaled, as it is unreasonable to continue paying insurance premiums for a vehicle that State Farm has declared a total loss and refused to return. Any post-loss policy changes do not affect coverage in force at the time of the accident. Despite this, State Farm has also failed to promptly process and issue my premium refund. These facts raise serious concerns regarding claims-handling practices, bad faith delay, and consumer harm. Immediate resolution is required."
